Turn market opportunities into business relationships

Connect your solutions with the right partners.

This business delegation connects German suppliers with prospective customers and partners across three Gulf markets. It centres on individually arranged B2B meetings and direct discussions with decision-makers in building technology, energy and urban infrastructure.

The UAE is the main focus, with Qatar and Oman offering further business opportunities. A business breakfast in Doha, an executive business roundtable in the UAE and selected site visits provide additional opportunities to exchange expertise.

Markets & opportunities

Three markets. Distinct opportunities.

The delegation visits all three markets, with a focus on the UAE. Different needs in building efficiency and connected urban infrastructure create a range of business opportunities.

01 · MAIN FOCUS MARKET

United Arab Emirates

The UAE combines a large existing building stock with programmes for retrofitting and smart infrastructure. Improving the energy performance of existing properties is a key opportunity. Relevant solutions include building automation and the optimisation of air-conditioning and cooling systems. Smart metering and energy management make consumption visible and help improve operations. Building operators, property developers, system integrators and energy service providers are particularly relevant contacts for German suppliers.

02 · INFRASTRUCTURE & URBAN DEVELOPMENT

Oman

Oman’s Vision 2040 opens up opportunities in infrastructure and economic diversification. Relevant applications include public buildings, industrial and logistics zones, and sustainable urban and tourism projects. These developments allow energy efficiency and digital controls to be integrated from the outset. Smart building technology, consumption monitoring and integrated district solutions offer potential entry points. The delegation provides an opportunity to discuss specific needs with prospective customers and delivery partners.

03 · EFFICIENT BUILDING OPERATIONS

Qatar

In Qatar, opportunities centre on the efficient use and operation of modern buildings and urban infrastructure. Relevant areas include operational optimisation, asset management and digital facilities management. Efficient district cooling and air-conditioning optimisation are also important. Smart-city applications and green-building requirements create opportunities for connected solutions. German companies can contribute technologies that integrate with existing systems and deliver demonstrable efficiency gains.
